AAGP members may conveniently renew their membership onlline. Your new membership materials will be sent to you with USPS Signature Confirmation tracking so please be sure you are available to receive them when they arrive or they will leave you an Attempted Delivery Notice so you can either reschedule a delivery or pick it up at your local post office. When your renewal materials are shipped to you you will receive two emails with the shipping notification and tracking information. One email will come from Endicia, our shipping postage provider, and the other from the card processing company which you made payment through as this information is provided to them once your membership materials have been shipped. These notices will be sent to the email address which you put into the payment form. As stated in the AAGP website Terms of Service under Shipping Policy, "Once shipped and tracking is provided we are not responsible for orders lost in shipping." You assume and accept responsibility of looking for these emails and tracking your shipment to your address. If you notice a problem you should immediately contact your local Post Office. As always, should your badge become lost you may order a replacement badge online at AAGP Annual Badge Replacement. Paying your AAGP membership dues on time assures you continued access to our great claims to keep the GOLD flowing!
