You can now quickly and easily pay for your AAGP Membership and Professional GOLD Prospecting Lessons online without the associated bank processing fees linked to using a credit or debit card. This helps keep money in your pocket and lowers the overall cost to you. Payment prices shown will only include any additional fee such as shipping for those items that are to be shipped to you such as an AAGP Membership. There are no shipping fees for professional GOLD prospecting lessons.

Pay Online with Zelle

Please follow these steps to complete your payment:

Step 1: Scan or Copy Recipient Details

Open your regular mobile banking app, navigate to Send Money with Zelle, and use one of the two options below to locate our secure business account:

Option A (Desktop Users):	Scan the purple-bordered QR code graphic shown above using your bank app's camera tool.
Option B (Mobile Users):	Browsing on your phone? Copy and paste our registered information manually into your bank app:

Step 2: Enter the Exact Total

Enter the exact amount that is shown on the website next to your chosen membership or lesson item where it reads "If paying by Zelle, please send this exact amount". Do NOT send any other amount! If complete payment is not received as listed, we cannot ship your membership materials or lock in your prospecting lesson date. Because of the direct nature of bank payments, if you send more than the amount shown, we cannot process refunds.

Step 3: Required Memo Notes

In your banking app's "Memo" or "Note" field, you must explicitly state what the payment is covering (e.g., "1 GOLD Getter Membership" or "1 Prospecting Lesson").

• For Prospecting Lessons: Include your requested seasonal block, such as "1 Prospecting lesson for October 15th To May 15th". Zelle lesson payments must be received and fully cleared a minimum of **two weeks prior** to your training date. Lesson dates can be arranged over the phone before paying, or mutually finalized after your payment clears.

• Contact Details: Include your full name, email address, shipping address if purchasing an AAGP membership or other physical items that need to be shipped to you, and your phone number inside the note space. If your note space is limited and you cannot include all the aforementioned information, please send us an email at info@arizonagoldprospectors.org with the requested information to help speed your new membership up. Please also ensure the legal name attached to your Zelle account accurately matches the order profile name.

Step 4: Confirm via Email

Once sent, please dispatch an email to us stating that your Zelle transfer is complete. Include a copy of the receipt details matching your transaction window form. Your order status will remain listed as "Pending" until our administrators manually verify the funds. Once confirmed inside our ledger, your status updates immediately to "Processing" and a confirmation invoice drops straight to your email.

Security Note: For your strict financial safety, we will never issue email links or text forms demanding "upgrade fees" or secondary processing portals to close a transfer. The entire Zelle system runs securely and strictly inside your own bank's verification architecture.

Multi-Item Orders: Please make separate Zelle payments if you are purchasing different categories of products simultaneously (e.g., purchasing 1 AAGP membership and 1 prospecting lesson requires 2 distinct bank submissions). Multiple quantities of the exact same item (such as 2 memberships at once) can be sent as one total sum.
